Annual Business Meeting minutes

The times and manner of the Annual Business Meeting of the Section are set out in the By-Laws. This serves as the annual corporate business meeting and customarily occurs at the end of the Section Year, with elections of officers and advisors whose terms commence shortly afterward. The Section Chair, as the president of the corporation, runs the meetings.
